Pretreatment Equipment
It is used to purify raw materials. The main equipment includes: hoist, dust collector, magnetic separator, cleaning screen, specific gravity stone removal machine, fan, etc. The raw materials with shell also need to be equipped with shelling machine.

Pressing Equipment
Used to press the pretreated raw materials to produce crude oil. The main equipment includes: hoist, oil press, conveying auger, wool oil tank, oil pump, vibrating filter, etc. The raw materials that need to be hot pressed also need to be equipped with electromagnetic frying pan or flat-bottomed frying pan.

Refining Equipment
It is used to refine the crude oil from the press and has reached the target standards set by various countries for the sale of edible oil on the shelves. The main equipment includes: deacidification tank, hydration degumming tank, decolorization tank, deodorization tank, steam generator, vibration filter, precision filter, filter pump, oil pump, vacuum pump, circulating pump, air compressor, gas storage tank, heat conduction oil temperature control furnace, etc. Each material with high wax content also needs to be equipped with freezing and dewaxing equipment: crystallization tank, chiller, plate and frame filter, etc.

Filling Equipment
It is used for filling the refined oil products in a unified standard container, then sealing, labeling and packing. The main equipment includes: multi-head filling machine, sealing capping machine, labeling machine, laser coding machine, conveyor, sealing packing machine, etc.
