Recently, the walnut oil pressing and refining production line, a key project for rural revitalization in Guxian County, Linfen, Shanxi Province, undertaken by Xuyang Grain and Oil Machinery, has successfully passed the acceptance inspection, marking a solid step forward for Guxian County on the road of agricultural industry upgrading and rural revitalization. The production line is located in the DeNong Agricultural Comprehensive Utilization Development Project in Nanshan Village, Guyang Town, and is an important component of the rural revitalization strategy layout in Gu County. The DeNong Agricultural Comprehensive Utilization Development Project takes the organic combination of agricultural production, agricultural product processing, and agricultural product market services as its model, and strives to create an ecological integration and circular development system for the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries in agriculture. In addition to the core production of cold pressed walnut oil, it also covers a variety of products such as sunflower oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, etc. Its by-product oil residue can be further processed into chicken feed and fertilizer, achieving efficient recycling of resources.

The first level walnut oil pressing equipment it provides adopts internationally advanced physical pressing technology, which can extract the oil from walnuts to the maximum extent possible, while ensuring the natural nutrition, quality, and taste of the oil. Through multiple fine processes such as degumming, deacidification, dehydration, decolorization, and deodorization, impurities, harmful substances, and unpleasant flavors in the oil are removed, making the produced walnut oil purer, healthier, and even exceeding industry standards.
The entire production line is equipped with an advanced automation control system independently developed by Xuyang, which can achieve full monitoring and automatic adjustment of the production process. This not only significantly improves production efficiency, but also reduces the possibility of human error, ensuring the consistency and stability of walnut oil product quality.
